Browsing the site

WallProof does not set application cookies, use advertising pixels, run third-party analytics or load external fonts or embedded videos. There are no accounts, checkout facilities, on-site forms or comment systems.

Like other web servers, the hosting infrastructure can record requests, including an IP address, date and time, requested path, response status, referring URL and browser or user-agent information. These records support delivery, security and fault investigation. They are not used here to build advertising profiles. Hosting and network service providers necessarily process connection data to deliver the site.

Our basis for this operational processing is the legitimate interest in keeping the website available and secure. We limit access to people administering the service and review retention according to operational need. We do not promise that visiting a static website creates no server records.

Emailing us

If you email the publisher, your address, message and any details you choose to send are used to respond, check a correction or handle your request. Do not include unnecessary personal or sensitive information. Correspondence is retained only as needed to resolve the enquiry and keep an appropriate record; statutory obligations may require some records to be kept longer.

The basis is our legitimate interest in handling correspondence, or compliance with a legal obligation where one applies. We do not add senders to a marketing list.

Downloads and external links

The CSV templates download directly from this website and send no measurements back to us. Anything you enter stays in the file wherever you save it. External source links lead to other organisations, whose privacy practices apply when you visit them.

Under applicable UK data protection law, rights can include access, correction, erasure, restriction, objection and portability, depending on the processing and circumstances. Contact the publisher to make a request. You may also raise a concern with the Information Commissioner’s Office.

This notice must be reviewed before adding analytics, forms or other services that change how personal information is processed.
